Volunteer at National Old Folks of Liberia

Volunteers are a valued part of NOFOL and contribute to our work in a number of ways. We have approximately 140 volunteers, involved in a variety of projects and services.

We believe that volunteering helps the volunteer just as much as the person they are helping. It keeps people active and agile, gets them out meeting new people and offers an opportunity to help someone in their own way and on their terms. We were one of the organizations in the country that have accreditation with United Nations and ECOSOC. the accreditation is intenonal and nationally recognized award and enables us to publicly acknowledge our commitment to volunteering.
